St. Vincent Pallotti Prayer Card

Description

A devotional prayer card of St. Vincent Pallotti (1795-1850), founder of the Pallottines and one of the great apostles of 19th-century Rome. Vincent Pallotti dedicated his life to the poor, the sick and the marginalised, founding orphanages, shelters and charitable works across the city. He was canonised in 1963.

The reverse carries his own “Prayer to Jesus in the Eucharist,” from the Basilica di San Silvestro in Capite, Rome, a short, beautiful meditation on the Eucharist fit for a wallet, missal or prayer book.
