Join us live from the Grotte de Massabielle, Lourdes, where Our Lady appeared to Saint Bernadette in 1858.
Spiritual Communion is not offered from the altar here at Lourdes, so we invite you to make your own, in your heart, as you watch.
My Jesus, I believe You to be present in the Holy Communion, which I cannot receive sacramentally, and I desire to receive You into my heart and soul. So make Your home there, and endure like the Sun. Never permit me to be separate or be apart from You, the Holy Trinity, or the Holy Family. Amen.
The Grotte de Massabielle is the sacred cave in Lourdes, France, where the Virgin Mary appeared eighteen times to Bernadette Soubirous between February and July 1858. Today millions of pilgrims visit each year to pray, seek healing, and draw water from the miraculous spring.
