Autumn: A Season to Pause, Reflect and Reconnect
As the summer season of buckets, sand and spades gently gives way to Autumn, there is a quiet change in the atmosphere everywhere. Kids are back to school, as are the school runs. The days grow shorter, the colours of the grounds begin to change, and a new season unfolds around us.
Autumn invites us to slow down, to take some quiet time to reflect, and to appreciate the peace of our surroundings. It is a beautiful time to visit Marian shrines and grottos, to walk through their grounds, to spend time in prayer, and to take part in their retreats, workshops and programmes over the coming months, and unwind in advance of Advent and all the razzmatazz that goes with it.

We have a wealth of pilgrimage sites here in Ireland. Now that you have decided to disconnect, find the time and the space to pause, for inner reflection, and to reconnect, all at your own pace.
May Marian bless you all here!
