Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for the refund to appear on your statement.

6. Exchanges

For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order.
The new item will be dispatched after the return is processed.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund, depending on the issue.
